Policy effectiveness, changes, and existing clients

Terms validly incorporated into a quote or contract will be available before acceptance, with a link to the corresponding version.

LBS will not unilaterally replace prior contractual promises — such as unlimited modifications — through a simple site update. When those terms must change, the existing agreement and any required consent will be evaluated.

Changes that affect prices, renewals, cancellations, rights, or obligations will be communicated through the appropriate channel and notice period. Minor editorial revisions will be documented without presenting an unaccepted change as accepted.

If a page shows incorrect information, LBS will investigate and correct the record; an isolated screenshot will not automatically be treated as replacing a valid contractual agreement.
