1. Client materials
The client retains the rights that legally belong to it in logos, copy, photographs, data, and materials delivered to LBS, and grants the permissions needed to perform the contracted service.
2. LBS deliverables
Rights in code, designs, documents, source files, templates, and other deliverables are determined in the specific agreement; payment for a service does not necessarily assign all of LBS’s general tools, libraries, licenses, or methodologies.
3. Third parties
Third-party resources remain subject to their own licenses and terms. No LBS policy can transfer rights LBS does not control.
4. Technical information and results
LBS provides services based on data and conditions available when the project is performed; decisions by insurers, search engines, advertising platforms, and authorities belong to those entities. LBS does not guarantee results whose determination does not depend on LBS.
5. Contractual limits
6. Publication and versions
The effective date and each revision must be shown clearly. Future changes do not automatically replace terms accepted in prior contracts.
