1. Purpose and application

Latino Business Support (LBS) provides estimate preparation and review, technical documentation, web development, maintenance, digital positioning, advertising, design, training, and other services expressly quoted. Each engagement covers only the work, areas, deliverables, features, and stages described in the accepted proposal or service order. An initial conversation, demonstration, or sales suggestion does not by itself expand the contracted service.

2. Documents that define the service

The quote, its attachments, the approved order, and the individual contract describe what will be delivered, what the client must provide, the price, the schedule, and the exclusions. When expressly accepted special terms differ from a general policy, each document shall be interpreted together with the applicable agreements and rules. LBS will confirm in writing any change that affects cost, dates, or deliverables.

3. In-scope and out-of-scope requests

An ordinary adjustment is a correction or modification limited to elements already contracted. Additional work is the addition of new areas, systems, pages, features, reports, campaigns, rebuilds, or other deliverables that were not part of the initial scope. Labeling something a “revision” does not automatically make new work included work.

4. How to request changes

The client shall identify the project, indicate the affected file or section, describe the required change, and provide relevant documents. LBS may ask that feedback be grouped into a single message to make review easier. Conflicting or incomplete instructions may delay work until they are clarified.

5. Evaluation and authorization

LBS will determine whether the request is included, whether it uses an available revision, or whether it needs a quote. Before starting billable additional work, the price will be communicated and express approval will be requested. Timelines for additional work begin once the necessary materials are received and the performance terms are approved.

6. Corrections attributable to LBS

Verifiable errors directly attributable to the delivered service will be reviewed and corrected without charging them as a new scope change. A modification arising from later instructions, new damage, new documents, or information not previously provided is not automatically treated as an LBS error.

7. Special conditions

Estimate revisions are governed by POL-EST-001, and web design revisions by POL-WEB-001. Recurring services are also governed by their individual contracts.
