1. Quote and price

The applicable price is the one in the approved proposal for the specified service. Taxes, third-party expenses, platform fees, shipping, printing, and other costs not expressly included must be identified before they are charged. LBS will not add optional work without authorization.

2. Deposits and milestone payments

For projects whose proposal sets a 50% deposit and 50% balance schedule, the first payment is due upon project acceptance and the balance is due upon the delivery defined in the contract. That schedule does not apply automatically to every service: reports, training, estimates, advertising, and subscriptions may have special terms. The quote must always show the actual payment schedule.

3. Subscription payments

Recurring services must state price, billing frequency, start date, duration, renewal, and how to cancel. Automatic charges require appropriate authorization and a cancellation mechanism consistent with the contract and applicable law. A one-time purchase is not presumed to authorize recurring charges.

4. Additional services and revisions

A revision beyond what is included, an urgent request, a new scope, or an uncontracted service requires price authorization before it is performed. For estimates, the confirmed base amount for the fourth minor revision and each later minor revision is $50 per request, subject to the scope of POL-EST-001.

5. Late payments

6. Receipts and disputes

LBS will provide receipts for payments received. A discrepancy must be reported with the invoice, date, and disputed item; LBS will investigate and correct demonstrable errors. Opening a dispute does not authorize retaliation or unagreed charges.

7. Payment security

Payments must be made only through verified official methods or instructions. LBS will not ask for passwords or authentication codes through ordinary messages. Card or account data must be processed by authorized providers and should not be stored informally.
