1. Cancellation requests
The client may submit a cancellation request through the contractual channels, identifying the service and the desired date. LBS will confirm receipt and explain the status of pending work and obligations.
2. Milestone projects
When work has already started, LBS will identify work performed, committed resources or licenses, and applicable deposits. Any refund, credit, or remaining balance will be determined under the accepted agreement and applicable rules; it is not presumed that every deposit is non-refundable.
3. Recurring services
4. Providers and expenses not controlled by LBS
External services such as hosting, domains, advertising platforms, and printing may have their own refund rules. LBS will identify which expenses are third-party and which were billed by the company.
5. Delivery upon termination
After verifying pending obligations, LBS will coordinate delivery or transfer of materials, access, or files to which the client has rights under the contract. Delivery of licenses, trade secrets, or proprietary tools that were not assigned is not guaranteed.
6. Defaults
Any termination for default must be based on the contractual documentation and applicable law; LBS will seek to communicate the issue and a reasonable opportunity to cure when appropriate.
