1. Individual contract

Web maintenance is provided under the specific plan or contract accepted by each client; this document does not turn all plans into one. The contract will define duration, fee, payment dates, support, activities, exclusions, and termination.

2. Possible activities

Depending on the contract, activities may include content changes, technical updates, error monitoring, security, optimization, form checks, or reports. Not all of these tasks are included in every plan.

3. “Unlimited changes”

When a contract includes unlimited modifications, the exact extent of that promise is what was agreed with that client. For new contracts, LBS shall expressly state which ordinary changes are covered and what constitutes additional development. The phrase must not be used ambiguously, and new limits contrary to prior contracts must not be imposed.

4. New development

Entirely new pages, systems, applications, complex integrations, full rebuilds, migrations, or work beyond the contracted scope may require an individual budget.

5. Scheduling

The target for an initial response to normal requests is two business days; completion depends on complexity and priorities. Urgent work is quoted individually and subject to availability.

6. Third-party interventions

Changes by other providers or by the client may affect site stability. LBS will evaluate the source of the issue before determining whether the work is included.

7. Payments and termination

Renewal, cancellation, prepaid periods, or minimum terms are exactly those in the individual contract and applicable law; a six-month commitment or a uniform fee will not be applied by default to all clients.
