1. Contracted activities
Depending on the plan, LBS may perform audits, technical optimization, metadata, indexing, content, keyword analysis, local SEO, and reporting. Each proposal will state which actions and frequency are included.
2. Results that are not guaranteed
No engagement guarantees a specific Google ranking, a fixed volume of visits, indexing of all pages, or a concrete number of calls or sales. Results may depend on competition, domain age, algorithms, content, market conditions, and search-engine decisions.
3. Access and collaboration
The client shall maintain permissions for its accounts and provide verifiable business information. Content changes by third parties may affect performance.
4. Timelines and tracking
Task execution and ranking progress are different concepts. Reports will describe actions taken and available metrics, with their limitations. Estimates will not be presented as guaranteed sales.
5. Out of scope
Creating additional pages, extensive content production, redesigns, paid campaigns, external software, or reputation projects may require a separate engagement.
