1. Ownership
The proposal shall identify who owns and administers each domain, hosting account, email, deployment service, and external platform. When the client is the owner, LBS will act through authorized permissions.
2. Renewals
Renewal fees and dates depend on the provider and the contract. The client is responsible for keeping charges expressly assigned to its account current, even if LBS sends notices or handles the renewal technically.
3. Third-party services
DNS issues, email problems, infrastructure availability, API changes, certificates, or provider blocks may affect a site. LBS will investigate what is included in its service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.
4. Backups
Whether backups exist, their frequency, retention period, and restoration process must be described in the hosting or maintenance contract. Daily copies or unlimited recovery must not be promised unless the infrastructure supports them.
5. Transfers
Upon service termination, LBS will cooperate with transferring access or resources that belong to the client under the contract, without disclosing credentials to unauthorized persons. Migration fees and additional technical work will be communicated in advance.
6. Security
The client must safeguard delivered access and enable appropriate measures, including multifactor authentication where possible. Any security incident must be reported promptly.
