1. Formal delivery
LBS will communicate the delivery or publication date and provide the agreed access methods. The client shall review primary functionality and report observable issues.
2. Commercial warranty
Clients have 30 calendar days from formal delivery to report functional errors attributable to the original development delivered by LBS. Confirmed errors will be corrected at no cost, within the contracted scope and without impairing applicable legal rights.
3. What counts as an error
This may include a contracted form that does not submit, a misconfigured internal link, a promised section that does not appear, or technical behavior different from what was approved; evaluation will consider the environment and evidence provided.
4. What it does not cover
It is not 30 days of unlimited redesign, new copy, new features, ongoing SEO services, or maintenance. Changes made by third parties, external blocks, or provider modifications may require separate evaluation and quoting when they are not attributable to LBS.
5. Reporting
The client must identify the page, explain the problem, and, when possible, provide screenshots, device details, or steps to reproduce it. LBS will respond to normal requests under POL-COM-004.
6. After the period
After the 30 days, maintenance and changes not covered by another obligation are handled under the contracted plan or a new quote. Legal and contractual obligations that continue are not extinguished by this commercial period.
