1. Agreed project
The proposal will specify included pages, sections, design, copy, languages, forms, integrations, tools, and features. Visual references or examples do not imply an exact reproduction or inclusion of items that were not quoted.
2. Stages
The project may include requirements gathering, visual proposal, development, review, testing, and delivery. Timelines depend on client information and decisions.
3. Content and access
The client provides or authorizes use of images, trademarks, copy, accounts, and other materials. The client shall ensure it has sufficient rights to use them. Missing materials may change the schedule.
4. Three design rounds
Each project includes three design review rounds related to the original scope. A round is a consolidated set of feedback submitted on a presented version. Clients are encouraged to send complete, specific changes before using each round.
5. Revision versus new project
Reasonable adjustments to copy, layout, images, or appearance within the proposal may fall within a round. Adding new pages, rebuilding an approved architecture, programming new features, connecting additional systems, or substantially changing the objective requires a separate quote.
6. Additional revisions
7. Approvals
Approvals of content, design, and features must be recorded through verifiable means. Changes after an approval may affect timeline and price.
8. Delivery
Final delivery includes only the agreed access, instructions, files, or configurations; hosting, domain, licenses, and maintenance services must be expressly identified.
9. Examples
- The client sends ten design notes together, on the same version and within scope. They count as one round, not ten.
- Asking for a new page or a feature that was not in the proposal is not one of the three rounds. It is quoted separately.
