Google Ads, Meta Ads, and advertising budget

LBS management fees and the budget spent on ads are separate concepts. Quotes will state how much LBS receives for management and how much the client allocates to the advertising platform. A management fee amount does not mean that same amount is spent on ads.

1. Two separate concepts

LBS management fees and the budget spent on ads are separate concepts. Quotes will state how much LBS receives for management and how much the client allocates to the advertising platform. A management fee amount does not mean that same amount is spent on ads.

2. Budget authorization

The client will approve the advertising budget and billing terms. Material increases require authorization. Platforms may process charges on their own cycles and under their own rules.

3. Included services

Depending on the contract, LBS may configure campaigns, targeting, ads, landing pages, conversion measurement, optimization, and reporting. Graphic design, video editing, or additional web development are not presumed to be included.

4. Business results

Numbers of leads, sales, contracts, cost per conversion, or return on investment are not guaranteed. Performance depends on market conditions, bids, competition, offer, client follow-up, landing-page quality, and platform decisions.

5. Accounts and ownership

Before work begins, account ownership and admin permissions will be defined. LBS will not ask to share passwords when delegated access can be used.

6. Suspensions and policies

Google, Meta, and other providers may suspend campaigns, accounts, or ads under their own criteria. LBS may assist with review and corrections within its scope, without guaranteeing reinstatement.

7. Cancellation

Management-contract terms and platform charges must be distinguished. Canceling management does not necessarily mean a refund of advertising spend already used.
