1. Format and scope
Each proposal will identify the program, duration, sessions, in-person or remote format, tools, materials, and price. Content may cover Xactimate, estimating, digital administration, or other subjects LBS offers.
2. Technical requirements
The participant shall have the equipment, connectivity, accounts, and licenses needed when those are their responsibility. LBS will clarify in advance which tools it provides.

5. Materials and recordings
Delivered materials may be used only as authorized. Recordings or redistribution that violate others’ rights or licenses are not allowed; any recording must meet applicable consent requirements.
