Graphic design, approvals, and printing

The client shall ensure it may use the trademarks, photographs, and copy it provides. LBS will identify third-party licenses or elements that cannot be freely transferred.

Before production, the client shall review spelling, phone numbers, addresses, names, colors, measurements, and printed data. LBS will correct errors attributable to its own work; changes requested after final approval may generate charges or delays.

Finishes and colors may vary reasonably by substrate and printing process. Third-party timelines, availability, and shipping shall be stated as estimates when they do not depend on LBS.

For defects, LBS will evaluate evidence and responsibility with the provider. Automatic reprints for changes of mind after approval will not be promised, without affecting applicable legal rights.
