1. Separate deliverables
Roof reports, siding measurements, sketches, dry logs, diagrams, scope transcriptions, PDF/Excel/ESX conversions, and review of external files may be contracted separately.
2. Accuracy and source
Accuracy depends on the measurement method and available source, including images, reports, client inspections, and third-party data. LBS shall indicate when a quantity is approximate or not verified on site.
3. File formats
Availability of editable formats and compatibility with third-party software must be confirmed in the quote. Delivering a PDF does not by itself mean delivering an ESX file or native project.
4. Corrections and new engagements
An error attributable to LBS is corrected at no charge. A new property, additional measurement, methodology change, or later reconstruction request may have an additional price.
5. Dependence on providers
External platforms may change formats or features. LBS will communicate known limitations without promising universal compatibility.
